各部の構造と機能
--簡単な紹介:
作業条件のPLC制御を採用します。 この生産ラインでは、Low-E ガラス、二重ガラス、三重ガラスを生産できます。 供給部、洗浄・乾燥部、保管部、光検査部およびスペーサー挿入部、プレスおよびアルゴンガスによる内部組立部、出力部の6部から構成されます。
-- 操作方法:
コントロールパネルの操作方法には「自動」と「手動」の2種類があります。 各部の個別操作やメンテナンス作業が必要な場合には「手動」の操作方法が必要となります。
セクション 1: フィードセクション
これはラインの最初のセクションであり、その主な機能はガラスを洗浄および乾燥エリアに輸送することです。 ガラスパネルは湿気に強い高密度ボードで作られています。 伝動輪は摩耗や腐食に強いポリウレタン製です。 また、伝動輪は両側で使用できます。 このようにして、材料費を節約することができる。 Low-Eコーティング試験システムがあります。 ガラスを間違った側に置くと警報が鳴ります。
